This highly personalized container is for women who have experienced success in their business and want to scale. I typically work privately with women who have already made 6 figures (or have reached 8k months consistently or inconsistently) and desire to scale, however this isn’t a requirement.
My requirements are that:
- you know yourself,
- you believe in your business,
- you know your work is powerful and
- your clients experience results, and
- you’re ambitious in the way you’re willing to dive IN.
Believe in You
You bring questions and topics to the calls, you know what you want, you are driven and curious, and willing to learn. The women I work with know they’re destined for massive success, and they see me as the coach that they’re aligned with and can help them expedite that timeline. The intention is not in “fast” results although that can happen. The intention is about scaling your success and impact from the heart, in a way that honors your nervous system, feminine energy, and optimal energetic blueprint.
When we dare to lead, we don’t pretend to have the right answers; we stay curious and ask the right questions. We don’t see power as finite and hoard it; we know that power becomes infinite when we share it with others. We don’t avoid difficult conversations and situations; we lean into vulnerability when it’s necessary to do good work. But daring leadership in a culture defined by scarcity, fear, and uncertainty requires skill-building around traits that are deeply and uniquely human. The irony is that we’re choosing not to invest in developing the hearts and minds of leaders at the exact same time as we’re scrambling to figure out what we have to offer that machines and AI can’t do better and faster.
